Responsibilities:
Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to telemedicine services and platform functionalities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives to streamline teleclinic operations and enhance user experience.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications and user stories for development teams.
Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects related to teleclinic platform development, enhancements, and integrations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Product Management:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the teleclinic platform based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and impact, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in telemedicine solutions.
General:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional departments (e.g., UX/UI design, QA, marketing).
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project updates, gather feedback, and align stakeholders on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize teleclinic operations and user satisfaction.
Requirements - Proven experience in a hybrid role as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and/or Product Manager in the healthcare or telemedicine industry.
- Strong understanding of teleclinic operations, telemedicine platforms, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP), Business Analysis (CBAP), or Product Management (CSPO) is a plus.
- Familiarity with teleclinic software platforms and integrations with EMR systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to monitor teleclinic performance metrics.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving telemedicine landscape and drive strategic initiatives accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or Mobile App Developer with a strong portfolio of Flutter applications. - Solid understanding of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile app development best practices. - Experience integrating mobile applications with hardware devices using SDKs and APIs. - Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other wireless communication protocols used in medical devices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow established coding standards. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Skills: - Experience with medical device software development or working in a regulated industry. - Knowledge of data security and privacy considerations in medical applications. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to translate design mockups into Flutter UI components. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. - Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies as needed.
