The ideal candidate will bring up to 20 years of relevant experience, combining strategic HR management and administrative expertise with a deep understanding of labor laws and organizational compliance.This role is crucial to our company’s growth and smooth operational function, ensuring that all HR and administrative processes align with organizational goals and adhere to the highest standards of legal and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHR ManagementDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain high-quality talent.Lead performance management and employee development programs to drive productivity and engagement.Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to maintain a motivated workforce.Implement HR policies that comply with labor laws and are aligned with best practices.Legal Compliance & Employee RelationsEnsure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.Act as a point of contact for legal matters, including contract management, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.Oversee internal investigations and handle disciplinary actions with discretion and in accordance with company policies.Administration ManagementSupervise day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.Manage administrative budgets and optimize resources to support efficient office functions.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols within the office.Strategic Planning & ReportingWork closely with leadership to define and implement HR and administrative objectives in alignment with organizational goals.Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics and administrative costs to support informed decision-making.Drive HR initiatives that foster a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace culture.Qualifications & SkillsEducation : MBA in Human Resources & LLB (Law)Experience : Up to 20 years in HR and administrative roles, with a strong foundation in legal compliance.Skills :Excellent understanding of labor laws, employment legislation, and best HR practices.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in handling conflict resolution and employee relations.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join Us?At Iss Pvt.
