What You’ll Do:Own the VisionTake charge of the
brand marketing calendar , ensuring every quarter and year aligns with big-picture business goals.Craft and execute
creative strategies
that amplify brand awareness and spark excitement.Liaison with teams to understand the communication mandate for both online and offline initiatives, including app/website, email, SMS, push notifications, ads, and physical stores.Build Iconic CampaignsDream up, design, and deliver
integrated marketing campaigns
that are as impactful as they are memorable.Lead
photo/video shoots ,
collaborations ,
activations , and
media interventions
that turn heads.Write
campaign briefs
and define deliverables that bring clarity to communication objectives.Create & InnovateInspire and guide the
creative team
to develop cutting-edge content—think visuals, videos, and storytelling that captivate.Ensure every piece of content—whether on social media, websites, or physical stores—delivers a consistent and compelling brand message.Collaborate Like a ProPartner with internal teams (cross-functionally) and external agencies to
bring campaigns to life , on time and in line with the vision.Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and digital marketing) to ensure the brand voice echoes through every channel.Measure What MattersDefine
KPIs , track campaign success, and analyze performance with a laser focus on results.Present
insights and recommendations
