Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Implementation Consultant to drive the successful deployment and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with a focus on Marketing, Customer Journey and Customer Insights Modeule, and Sales. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the platform meets our business needs and delivers measurable value.



Technical Expertise:


  • Lead and execute the implementation efforts for Dynamics 365 modules Marketing, Customer Journey and Customer Insights Module, and Sales with main focus point on Marketing.
  • Optimize and configure the Customer Journey module to improve marketing campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and customer engagement. Particular the implementation of the lead to opportunity journey, lead score configuration, event management configuration, form management configuration, campaign management configuration.
  • Develop and deploy standard and custom plugins, workflows, and client-side scripts (JavaScript) to enhance system functionality and full website integration (work closely together with our website development team).
  • Configure and customize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
  • Manage system setup, user account provisioning, and security privilege configuration.
  • Oversee data migration activities particularly for leads , accounts and contacts , ensuring accuracy and efficiency during implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align the implementation with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.


Training and Adoption:

  • Develop training materials for marketing customer journey and all of its aspects.
  • Develop training materials for lead imports and data quality management.
  • Train marketing organization and provide continues training efforts to ensure high adoption.


Communication and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and sales teams to gather feedback, address challenges, and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Communicate technical concepts in clear, non-technical language to stakeholders.


Experience:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 modules : Sales, Marketing module, specifically Customer Journey and customer insights.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, and client-side scripts (JavaScript) .


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring Power Automate workflows and system integrations.
  • High level of expertise in setting and configurating MS Dynamics tenants, managing security roles, and performing data migration.


Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as Dynamics 365 Implementation Consultant or Power Platform Developer Associate are preferred.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
