Role & Responsibilities :

Cloud & IT Infrastructure Leader :

- Highly accomplished Senior leader with 27 years of experience in managing Cloud and IT Infrastructure services, SaaS platform from conception to completion.

- Led and managed multiple digital transformation initiatives include successful data centre migration to Cloud, consolidation and migration of on-premises messaging and collaboration platform to O365, streamlining IT Infrastructure operation to optimize cost and improve efficiency.

- Managed multiple IT Infrastructure transformation programs spanning across different industry business verticals like BFSI, retail, Energy and Telecommunication sector.

- Experienced at establishing and managing remote onsite/offshore global IT Infrastructure operation, managing technical engineering & delivery functions. Special expertise in IT Infrastructure

- Management Transitions, setting up and managing IT Network Operations (NOC), Security Operations, (SOC), Global Operation Centres, and offshore delivery centre management.

- Managed large complex programs and helped clients achieve highest service levels with lower cost in service delivery through global delivery model (GDM), shift left, process standardization, automation . Managed global team up to 450+ FTE and contractors.

- Lived and worked in India, US and Europe. Proven ability to engage at CxO level & excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent people management skills to retain, motivate and transform managers to Leader Experience.

US Mortgage Firm :

Vice President - Cloud & IT Infrastructure :

- Heading Cloud & IT infrastructure operation and Engineering for Altisource globally includes USA, India, Luxembourg & Philippines to provide world Page 1 of 5 class IT operations service to 6000+ end users.

- Also responsible for SaaS Platform used by Altisource customers. Managing total team of ~235 FTEs working in various IT Infrastructure tracks like Cloud Ops, Wintel, Non-Wintel Virtualization, Citrix, Back up, Storage, Database, Collaboration (O365, Teams, Teams PBX, GTM), Networking and Perimeter security (Data and Voice), 24-7 NOC, Service desk and End user support. Also responsible for IT Projects & engineering, maintain Information securities controls, internal and external Vulnerabilities Assessment /Penetration Test (VA/PT).

Global Director -IT Infrastructure , Application & BI :

- Laying the role of Global Director - Cloud & IT Infrastructure Services and heading IT infrastructure services for ABInBev (EUROPE, APAC and Africa and Global Infrastructure Services for all 9 Zones).The objective of this role is Seamless IT operations to all 35000+ end users in Europe/APAC-S to enable them to produce and deliver more beer to our esteemed customers.

- We have total team of ~220 FTEs working in various IT Infrastructure tracks like Wintel, Non-Wintel Virtualization, Citrix, Back up, Storage,Database, Collaboration (Messaging/Skype for Business/Telepresence), Networking and

- Perimeter security (Data and Voice), 24-7 NOC, Service desk and End user support. Also responsible for IT Information securities includes maintain all IT controls, Vulnerabilities Assessment /Penetration Test (VA/PT), Friendly External hacking, managing external brand websites.

Mid-Size Mortgage Services and Mortgage Product Firm :

- Playing role of Vice President : IT & Infrastructure and heading complete IT infrastructure services and Engineering for 's SaaS Platform used by all external Clients.

- IT Team includes various tracks like Wintel, Virtualization, Back up, Storage, Messaging, Networking and Perimeter security, 24-7 NOC, SOC, Service desk and End user support. Also responsible for IT Information securities includes maintain all IT controls, SSAE 16 audits, Vulnerabilities Assessment /Penetration Test (VA/PT) and Client Audits.

Director IT Infrastructure :

- Accountable for complete internal IT Infrastructure set up and SaaS platform across the globe with target SLA of 99.99 % availability for SaaS external clients and internal customers

- Ensure adherence to IT standards and procedures. Ensure all work in compliance with defined policy and procedures

- Ensure all IT activities conform to IT security standards and all data and systems are properly protected.

- Full financial responsibility and accountability that includes preparing capital and operating budgets monitor and track expenses

- Responsible for Project Status reports, management of key performance project metrics and program review with CXO.

- Bring thought leadership, strategy and planning for entire portfolio including POC for nextgen technologies like hybrid cloud implementation,

Software based Storage/Virtualization platform :

- Replication of best practices, service improvement program to enhance service delivery and optimize IT cost

- Provide technical leadership and management of IT projects from conception through deployment.

- Establish project budgets, resource plans, milestones, tracking metrics, and success measures

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that deliver business goals as provided in the charter

- Ensure staffs have a consistent understanding and positive impression of business strategy for regional and global objectives. Lead strategic initiatives and develop implementation plans

- Focus on People Management and resource engagement to intact the team and reduce attrition by mentoring the managers and team

- Effectively manage team resources and delegate tasks commensurate with skill level. Evaluate workload and quality through regular review

- Effectively providing IT solutions for new RFP's and proposals.

- Anchoring Client visits for IT audits

- Responsible for ESAT and CSAT.

- Responsible for IT contracts and vendor management for IT assets includes Hardware/software, services.

Group Manager :

- Accountable for complete portfolio for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence

- Responsible for budgeting, costing & scheduling, driving and review of estimates

- Responsible for Project Status reports, management of key performance project metrics and program review with client and internal stakeholders

- Responsible for driving growth, revenues, and operational performance for the entire projects under my portfolio.

- People Management and resource engagement

- Bid management

- Responsible for solution designing (datacentre services, Application Management and network support) and transition planning for large RFP's.

- Anchoring Client visits and demonstrating Infosys Infrastructure and Capabilities.

- Responsible for ESAT and CSAT.

- Accountable for Quality (ISO 20K) - move all projects to Maturity level 5 and maintain it.
