- Masters in Any Stream.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Knowledge of Basic computer operations, MS Word, MS Excel is essential.- Ability to multi-task- Minimum 1 year of Experience (Preferably).

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Proctor, faculty, and administration to address student issues.- Assist in developing strategies for improving student conduct and discipline.- Monitor student behavior and enforce rules and regulations.- Address any incidents of misconduct and report to the Proctor or higher authorities.- Supervise examinations to prevent cheating and ensure academic honesty.- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere within the campus.- Provide guidance and support to students regarding behavioral expectations.- Mediate disputes between students when necessary.- Keep clear communication with students about rules and consequences.- Inform parents/guardians about significant disciplinary issues as needed.- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and incidents.- Prepare reports for meetings and discussions regarding student conduct.
