Role Overview:

ACS is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with 5-6 years of experience to lead the design, integration, and deployment of solutions, particularly focusing on T24 implementation in a banking environment. The role involves working across a diverse technology stack, including Infobasic, Java, JavaScript, multiple application servers, and databases, ensuring robust technical architecture and alignment with the organization’s goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • T24 Core Banking Implementation: Lead the architecture, customization, and deployment of T24 solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and business processes in the banking environment.
  • Technical Solution Design : Design and maintain the overall architecture of the application, database, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability needs.
  • Development & Scripting: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Infobasic, Java, and JavaScript, providing custom solutions for the T24 platform.
  • Infrastructure & Server Management: Configure, manage, and optimize application servers such as jBOSS, Web Sphere, and Web Logic, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
  • Operating System Management : Oversee and administer Windows, RedHat Linux, and IBM AIX environments, ensuring smooth operation of T24 and associated systems.
  • Database Design & Management: Work with RDBMS (MSSQL, DB2, Oracle) to design, manage, and optimize databases, ensuring high data integrity, availability, and performance for T24-related operations.
  • Mainframe System Integration: Collaborate on integrating mainframe systems with modern banking applications and infrastructure, optimizing for efficiency and reliability.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, technical specifications, and system configurations, ensuring adherence to banking regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including developers, business analysts, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure that technical solutions meet the organization’s business requirements.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and tune the system performance, addressing any issues related to database, infrastructure, or T24 operations.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide high-level support for critical technical issues related to T24 and associated platforms, working towards quick resolutions and minimal downtime.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5-6 years of experience in database and infrastructure design.
  • T24 Core Banking implementation experience in a banking environment.
  • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in Infobasic, Java, and JavaScript for application development and customization.
  • Application Server Experience: Expertise in jBOSS, Web Sphere, and Web Logic administration and optimization.
  • Operating Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in administering Windows, RedHat Linux, and IBM AIX environments.
  • Database Proficiency: Strong understanding of MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle RDMS, with experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Mainframe Exposure: Experience working with mainframe systems and integrating them with modern platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

T24 or Core Banking Certifications are a plus.

Cloud Infrastructure knowledge or experience in banking environments would be an advantage.

Experience with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery planning.
