NIMS University is looking for a creative and data-driven Communications Manager to lead and optimize our outreach across Email, SMS, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) channels. If you’re passionate about crafting impactful communication strategies that drive engagement and conversions — this role is for youKey Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and manage Email, SMS, and Meta communication campaigns for student engagement, admissions, and brand initiatives.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content for higher open and conversion rates.- Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all digital communication platforms.- Collaborate with design, marketing, and admissions teams to create impactful messaging and targeted communication journeys.- Manage communication databases and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.- Stay updated on trends in digital communication and automation tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.Requirements:- Proven experience in managing email, SMS, and social media (Meta) campaigns.- Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or Meta Business Suite.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative thinker with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.- Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.Join a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where your ideas shape how NIMS connects and communicates with thousands every day
