WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Designer to join our Creative Production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles, branding, and digital media, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. As a Digital Designer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital assets that engage and inspire our audience.WHAT YOU OFFER USAs a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creative design and adaptation of assets/layouts using Adobe Creative Suite ad FIGMA Applications for digital deliverables. You would be working closely with the Studio lead, and Production / Development teams.Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:Responsible for delivering high quality output while keeping in mind the timelinesInterpretation of the designing briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on identified requirementsCreation of digital web designs including web pages, email templates, banners, social media creatives etc. from storyboard and conceptualizationCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identityEnsure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainabilityEnsure brand guidelines and QC is being adhered in the creative output- look and feel uniformity, content readability, apt placement of images/icons etc.Translation of requirements into wireframes and mock-upsPrepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholdersKeep up to date with visual design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work.OTHER COMPETENCIES/YOU MUST HAVE THE SENSIBILITY TO,Good communication skills, with a confident personalityGood team player, committed to high-quality output and serviceAbility to take ownership for results and driving changeProven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customersDetail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and detailsEffective time management and ability to multi-taskAsk the right questions in response to the briefStrategize how best it can be executedGREAT TO HAVE3+ plus years of experience with Digital First approach, showcasing a strong portfolio of digital projects.Knowledge of standard digital design tools – Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Google Web Designer (GWD), and After effects will be an added advantage.Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.Creative agency or creative production background will be preferred.Enthusiasm and perseverance to deliver the best and push yourself until you and your stakeholders, internal and external, are happy with the output.LOCATION:Bengaluru – Work from Office- 5 days a week and rotational shiftWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDUnderstanding of industry trends and standardsBest practices for each medium and platformBe curious to understand how different worlds within this world workTIMINGSWe work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
