Founder Personal Branding- Develop positioning, voice, messaging frameworks, and unique content angles- Create thought leadership content, Linked In posts, Instagram storytelling, and long-form articles2. Brand Editorial & Copy- Own brand voice across social media, decks, collateral, packaging, campaigns, and IP initiatives- Build strategic content calendars aligned with business and brand goals3. Research & Strategy- Translate industry insights, F&B culture, and brand strategy into meaningful, audience-focused narratives- Track content performance, and evolve storytelling formats continuously4. Collaboration- Work closely with strategists, designers, and content production partners to ensure world-class creative executionWho You Are- 3-5 years of experience in editorial writing, business storytelling, content strategy- Journalism background will be highly preferred- Strong command of structure, clarity, grammar, and narrative flow- Research-driven and audience-obsessed with high accountability for originality- Digitally aware - understands personal branding trends on Linked In & InstagramMandatory Requirement:You do not rely on Chat GPT or AI tools to write the final content.You may use them only for early ideation - your thinking and writing must be original.What You’ll Love Here- Shaping founder and brand narratives that influence real business growth- A strategy-first, editorially strong environment that respects craft over shortcuts- Collaborative work culture with creative freedom and accountability
