Dil Brands is a company that creates and operates virtual brands focused on fulfilling daily meal requirements in India. Through its virtual brands, Dil Brands helps small and medium-sized restaurants increase their asset and resources utilization.


We are seeking a driven and analytical Assistant General Manager – Business Growth to spearhead our partnerships with aggregators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and expanding our presence and sales on these platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, and driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales and market share through aggregator platforms.
  • Manage relationships with aggregator account managers to ensure our brand receives optimal visibility and promotion.
  • Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to synchronize promotions and campaigns across all platforms for maximum impact.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities on these platforms to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals with aggregators to improve profit margins and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve product listings, promotional visibility, and customer engagement on aggregator platforms.
  • Design and execute tests to gauge the effectiveness of promotional strategies, refining approaches based on data insights.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Train the team of account managers to manage relationships with our restaurant partners
  • Manage growth for a portfolio of 10+ brands at Dil Foods

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a growth-focused role, specifically working with online food delivery platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate with external partners.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to generate insights that drive business decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food service or hospitality industry specially experience with Swiggy and Zomato
  • Experience with team management
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering on growth initiatives.
