Designation: Academic MentorLocation: CoimbatoreEmployment Type: Full-time (Mandatory to stay in the hostel)Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain positive, supportive relationships with students, providing both academic and personal guidance.- Monitor academic performance, identify areas for improvement, and plan targeted interventions.- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress.- Maintain accurate student data using educational software and MIS systems.- Coordinate with teachers and counselors to develop individualized academic plans.Qualifications:- Strong passion for student mentorship and academic support.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and teachers.- Ability to analyze academic data and implement effective support strategies.- Proficiency in using educational software and MIS tools.- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.- Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.- Tamil speaking is mandatory.- Must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore and stay with students in the hostel.Skills:- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Efficient in data management and record keeping.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
