Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful

Senior Executive - Influencer & Agency Partnerships

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding influencers and talent management agencies, building strong relationships, and ensuring their participation in impactful campaigns for our clients. You will drive negotiations, close contracts, and foster partnerships that enable the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Influencer & Agency Onboarding:Identify and approach top-tier influencers and talent management agencies across various industries.Communicate Cloutflow’s value proposition to onboard them as exclusive partners or collaborators.Develop onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless experience for influencers and agencies.Relationship Building:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and their agencies, becoming a trusted point of contact.Keep influencers engaged by understanding their goals, preferences, and unique selling points to align them with suitable campaigns.Campaign Collaboration:Work closely with internal Brand Partnerships and Campaign Management teams to match influencers to client campaigns.Ensure influencers and agencies are briefed, onboarded, and actively engaged in executing campaigns.Act as the primary liaison between influencers/agencies and the internal teams during campaigns.Negotiation & Contract Management:Negotiate campaign fees, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and agencies.Ensure all agreements align with client budgets and campaign objectives while maintaining a mutually beneficial arrangement.Handle contract execution, compliance, and dispute resolution professionally.Market Research & Insights:Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, including emerging talent and new platforms.Share industry insights to enhance Cloutflow’s influencer strategy and offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or agency relations.Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.Strategic thinker with an eye for identifying the right talent for diverse campaigns.Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, industry trends, and social media dynamics.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
