Property Accountant

to join our team This individual will prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients.

Responsibilities:Reconcile bank statementsPost tenant receiptsPost journal entriesAnalyse balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to clientProduce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management companyMaintain open line of communication with clients at all timesSkills and other requirements:2-10 years experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management companyExperience using MRI Software applications a plusAbility to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communicationAbility to work independentlyAbility to work under deadlinesGood organisational skills and the ability to manage prioritiesA high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibilityBachelor’s degree
