Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of the crypto and trading space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting engaging social media campaigns, building online communities, and driving brand awareness in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the crypto and trading audience.
Content Creation: Produce engaging and insightful content, including posts, videos, infographics, and stories, across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and addressing inquiries promptly.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto and trading space to ensure content relevance and timeliness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in managing social media for crypto, trading, or finance-related businesses.
In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and trading platforms.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to measure performance and derive insights.
Proficiency in creating multimedia content (basic design or video editing skills are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience growing online communities in the crypto or trading sector.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in online promotions for crypto and finance.
