The selected candidate will be employed by Ops Xpress and work exclusively with Emmacare’s engineering team. What You’ll Do as a Senior Developer: ● Development of complex frontend features, including RTC, Web Sockets, Graphs, and Grids. ● Integrate AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation. ● Support the team through technical product improvements, requirement analysis, and brainstorming sessions. ● Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of AI adoption and technical excellence. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with product goals and deliver faster without sacrificing quality. ● Develop and generate dynamic reports in PDF format as part of application features. What We’re Looking For: ● 5+ years of experience in commercial Frontend Development, with at least 2 years of leadership experience. ● Expertise in: HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors. React/Redux and modern Java Script (ES6+). REST API Integration Experience Knowledge of Type Script and Ant Design. Experience creating and formatting PDF reports from web applications. ● Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Chat GPT, Sourcegraph Cody) and ability to integrate AI into daily workflows for coding, debugging, and testing. ● Ability to communicate effectively in English at an Intermediate level or higher. It’s Nice to Have: ● Experience with Web Sockets, and Web RTC integrations. ● PDF Generation Experience ● Familiarity with tools like JIRA (including Tempo and Pivot Table) and Confluence. ● Experience working in Agile SDLC environments. ● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, e.g., Code Build/Code Pipeline. ● Experience with AI-based UI code generation, test automation, or documentation tools. ● Familiarity with AI-powered static analysis, code review, or refactoring tools (e.g., Sonar Qube with AI plugins, Deep Source AI). Ops Xpress manages hiring and administration. The candidate will work directly with Emmacare’s US engineering and product teams.
