We're Hiring Senior Executive - Business Development / Ad Sales / Media Sales at Xplore Digital


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive in Business Development to spearhead our affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics, excellent relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with clients and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals. It is mandatory to have excellent communication skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Establish and grow relationships with decision makers/influencers within major clients and ad agencies.

2. Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on a digital platform.

3. Report on ad sales, impressions, and related metrics.

4. Client servicing and Key account management.

5. Meet the assigned monthly revenue targets.

6. Keep up to date with trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities.


Requirements:

1. Should be an Ad Sales Professional with experience of 3-4 years in digital media sales.

2. Should share great relationships with agencies & direct clients.

3. Should have an in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.

4. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

5. Availability to travel as needed.


Location: Gurugram, Haryana
