Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow UI/UX Architect to join our team and drive the design and enhancement of user interfaces and experiences within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, combined with extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This role involves leading the design and strategy for ServiceNow interfaces, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- UI/UX Design : Lead the design and development of user-friendly interfaces and experiences for ServiceNow applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

- Strategy Development : Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction across ServiceNow modules.

- Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

- User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that solutions meet user expectations and requirements.

- Design Standards : Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow interfaces, ensuring consistency and quality across all applications.

- Customization : Customize ServiceNow UI elements, including forms, dashboards, and reports, to enhance user experience and meet specific business requirements.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on UI/UX best practices, tools, and techniques.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design and ServiceNow platform updates, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform and applications.

- Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or relevant certifications are a plus.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in ServiceNow UI/UX capabilities, including form design, UI policies, client scripts, and custom widgets.

- Design Tools : Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
