Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically within the Omni/E-Commerce industry. We are committed to diversity and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design Leadership : Lead the design team in creating exceptional user experiences and user interfaces for Omni/E-Commerce platforms. Provide direction and mentorship to junior designers and oversee design processes.

- User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

- Design Strategy : Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience. Create and maintain design guidelines and best practices.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are user-centric, functional, and visually appealing.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Facilitate design workshops and presentations.

- Design Systems : Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.

- Quality Assurance : Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring they are executed accurately and meet quality standards. Address any design-related issues that arise during development.

- Trends & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Incorporate innovative design solutions and techniques to keep the user experience fresh and engaging.

- Feedback & Iteration : Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine designs. Iterate on design solutions based on testing and feedback.

Key Skills :

- UX/UI Design : Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design solutions for Omni/E-Commerce platforms.

- User Research : Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user insights to design decisions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Design Systems : Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

- Collaboration : Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions effectively.

- Innovation : A keen eye for design trends and innovation, with a willingness to experiment with new design approaches and technologies.
