RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create Monthly Content Calendars and Schedule all the Posts for the various channels
and handles of the Brands.
- Producing and Introducing insta-stories. Generating Engaging, Interesting content that is
brand worthy yet builds a community around the brand.
- Introducing Geo-targeting and competitors targeting
- Clean up the un-wanted channels- for copies and for fake accounts.
- Verify the FB & IG channels: Verification of Instagram page
Manage Brand LinkedIn- to create great reach in B2B Space and also better engagement
within the business ecosystem.
- Manage Social Media pages (IG/Linkedin) for promoters if required to create stronger
brand engagement.
- Connect with Influencers, negotiate barter agreements and get qualified coverage for
brands to reach larger wider audiences.
- Managing Content Development for all Social Media channels- assisting in Photo Shoots,
Video Shoots for Content creation. Managing all Graphics Designing and editing required
for Social Media Publishing.
- Prepare Monthly Reports for Management to showcase performance of the Social Media
channels.
- Issue Newsletters to our Subscribers on Monthly basis for reminding them of our
presence, and keeping them engaged with the brands.
Managing all communications incoming and outgoing for all Social Media Subscribers.
Liaising with the relevant sales team to get accurate responses drafted for technical or
commercial enquiries.
- Updating Websites through the CMS with new Content eg. Photos, Videos, News Articles
etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Agencies for ensuring SEO Activities and Google Ads activities are
properly managed.
- Liaising with Agencies for ensuring Websites are operating correctly, or developing/
revamping Websites if required. Ensuring the CMS is functioning smoothly.
- Assisting the Sr Manager - Marketing/ Branding for planning and organizing events,
shows, launches as per calendar.
Please note we are very specifically looking for candidates who have minimum 5-10 years of experience in handling Social & Digital Media for any of the mentioned luxury spaces, eg. Luxury home Interiors, Furniture Real estate, luxury clothing, Perfumes, Retail , Luxury furniture, sanitary products, kitchenware ,Cars, etc
Social Media Management for Luxury brand experience is mandatory.
