We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling industries related to Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), Water, Air and Environmental Monitoring. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales plans for our entire range of solutions within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct planned and assigned visits, and participate in business development meetings.
Address and resolve customer grievances.
Prepare and manage a sales funnel on CRM.
Engage in technical discussions with customers, including demonstrations and presentations of our product portfolio.
Convert enquiries into business transactions, manage payments, and provide post-sales assistance and coordination.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-10 years in the field of sales instrumentation and/or environmental monitoring.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Instrumentation.
Skills:
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent negotiation skills with a strong techno-commercial acumen.
Flexible and willing to travel regularly.
Strong relationship management skills.
