Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an SMB Sales Associate at Swish Club in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with small and medium-sized businesses to onboard them onto the Employee Savings Platform, showcasing the exclusive benefits and deals offered. The role will involve active sales outreach, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within an SMB or B2B environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for persuading and negotiating.
Drive & Motivation: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering outstanding customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Comfortable using technology to manage and track sales activities.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
Salary:
Maximum bracket is 7LPA
