Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript for a single-page application.- Work within the core scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality is built into each feature.- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand new feature requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing, ensuring the application meets technical and business requirements.- Identify, isolate, and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them.- Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks to increase coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.- Maintain high standards for test reporting and tracking of issues within the agile workflow.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.- Expertise in JavaScript and significant hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.- Strong understanding of testing strategies for single-page applications (SPAs).- Experience with other testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Mocha, etc.) is a plus.- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a self-organised manner.- Experience working in an agile scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
