Role – Senior Product DesignerMode of Work - OnsiteLocation – Hyderabad

Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and translate user requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the product.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and advocate for innovative design solutions within the organisation.Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuously improving the design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
