Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Center of Excellence (CoE Project Manager) to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on leading CoE initiatives. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including audit teams, and drive CoE activities to successful completion.
The CoE PM will not only manage standard PM tasks but also design CoE solutions, deliver story-driven presentations, and take a hands-on approach to tracking activities and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Present CoE Solutions : Develop story-driven presentations to communicate CoE solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the value proposition.
- Lead Problem Identification & Resolution : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify problems and propose innovative solutions that align with CoE goals.
- Audit Collaboration : Work closely with the audit team to triage solutions, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and addressing any identified issues.
- Track CoE Activities : Monitor ongoing CoE activities, ensuring follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner and that all tasks progress toward successful closure.
- Stakeholder Management : Manage and maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, facilitating discussions to ensure alignment with CoE objectives.
- Report Generation : Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on CoE project status, timelines, risks, and resolutions.
- Project Documentation : Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and is up-to-date, including plans, timelines, progress reports, and audit-related documentation.
Preferred Skills :
- Agile/Scrum Knowledge : Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies in project management.
- Audit Compliance : Experience working closely with audit teams and triaging solutions related to audit findings is a plus.
- Remote Management : Experience managing teams and projects remotely, with the ability to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity.
- Create CoE solutions and present them to the team (Need to be proficient in creating story driven presentations)
- Lead problem identification and propose solutions in close collaboration with all stakeholders
- Work closely with the audit team and triage solutions in close collaboration with all stakeholders
- Keep track of CoE activities and follow up for successful closure.
