We are looking for an experienced

Workday Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team at E1 Consulting. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integrations between Workday and client systems, supporting deployment projects, post-production enhancements, and AMS (Application Management Services) initiatives.As part of E1 Consulting’s mission to deliver exceptional client value, the ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and a proactive approach to optimizing Workday integrations for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development : Design, build, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs to meet client-specific needs.System Analysis and Design : Assess client requirements and recommend integration strategies that align with their business goals.Post-Production Support : Lead ongoing AMS efforts, including troubleshooting, enhancement, and maintenance of integrations to ensure operational excellence.Project Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, client stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver integration solutions on time and within scope.Testing and Validation : Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful data exchange between Workday and third-party/custom systems.Knowledge Sharing : Mentor team members on integration methodologies and share best practices to elevate organisational expertise.Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with global clients, ensuring their unique integration requirements are addressed effectively.Thought Leadership : Stay current with Workday integration advancements and actively contribute to internal and external forums.

Required Qualifications

Workday Expertise : 2+ years of Workday integration experience with a proven track record in deploying and supporting complex integrations.Workday Integration Certifications : Workday Integration certifications (Studio, Data Loader, Pro etc.).Project Lifecycle Experience : Demonstrated ability to manage the full Workday integration lifecycle, from design to go-live.Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, XSLT, and XML.Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.Collaboration : Experience working with and leading offshore configuration/support teams.Consultative Approach : Ability to guide clients through integration decisions with clarity and confidence.AMS Experience : Prior experience supporting AMS engagements, focusing on enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimisation.
