JD:

- Lead and manage Advanced Compensation and Compensation implementations and projects, ensuring a seamless design, build, and launch- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand payroll processes.- Perform hands-on Workday configuration across various modules, with a focus on Compensation/Payroll.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project and support initiatives, identifying and solving complex business problems- Communicate and manage design, build, and launch strategies effectively- Build and maintain effective employee experiences in collaboration with People Operations- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.- Triage and partner to configure Workday enhancements or fixes for Compensation/Advanced Compensation- Configure, test, and implement Workday Advanced Compensation solutions to support business compensation strategies.- Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment of compensation programs with business goals and regulatory requirements.- Perform detailed analysis of compensation data to create reports and make recommendations for improvements.- Stay updated with Workday payroll software functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.- Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday APIs.- Create and maintain API documentation.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the integration process.- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.- Support and troubleshoot compensation-related processes within Workday, including merit increases, bonus plans, and equity management.- Provide training and support to end-users for Workday Advanced Compensation functionality.- Participate in payroll-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.- Collaborate with other HRIS team members to ensure smooth integrations with other Workday modules.- Analyse and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.- Configure and customize the Workday payroll software to align with business requirements.- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday payroll with other modules, such as HR, finance, and time management.
