Digital Marketing Manager
Are you a data-driven digital marketer passionate about all things digital marketing? Do you excel in creating high-converting paid ad campaigns, SEO, and engaging & effective Email marketing strategies that drive online sales? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Strategist with 3+ years of experience to join our team and help us scale our digital presence to new heights.

Responsibilities:
Paid Ads Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
Conduct A/B testing, optimize ad copy, and analyze performance to maximize ROI.
Monitor daily budgets, keyword bids, and ad performance to achieve KPIs.
WhatsApp & Email Marketing:
Strategise and execute campaigns to nurture leads and boost customer retention.
Use segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver relevant and engaging messages.
Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize based on insights.
Strategize newsletters, promotions, and transactional messages/emails to drive engagement and sales.
Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, refining strategies for improved performance.
SEO
Collaborate with the content team and use SEO strategies to improve the brands’ presence.
Steadily increase the organic traffic to the websites.
Execute on-page and off-page SEO
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics across all digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, user behavior, and sales conversions.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Google ads, Amazon ads, SEO and Email marketing.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Ability to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
Creative thinker with a knack for driving sales and engagement through innovative campaigns.
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
