This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of work experience in motion design. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand's vision and enhancing the travel experiences of our customers. Qualifications and Skills Proven work experience of 4 to 6 years in motion design, preferably within the travel or service industry. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense to develop innovative designs that align with our brand identity. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within set deadlines and project requirements. Solid understanding of current design trends and best practices to create visually appealing marketing materials. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and an ability to interpret technical and visual information. Roles and Responsibilities Create compelling and visually striking graphics for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions. Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all media platforms, adhering to Aertrip's brand guidelines. Prepare rough drafts and present design concepts to receive feedback and make necessary revisions. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design innovations into projects. Liaise with third-party vendors to produce high-quality prints and digital outputs as needed. Provide design support for event promotions, internal communications, and customer engagement materials. Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions and present unique ideas that enhance brand engagement. Handle social media platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content aligned with Aertrip's brand voice and strategy. Create and edit video reels for social media to enhance audience engagement and grow online presence.
