General Summary:


The Senior Full-Stack Engineer II is responsible for the overall development and advancement of the front and back-end code for software and web applications.

This role works in partnership with the Engineering teams to design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions for our partners and organization.


Job Location: Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid)


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Engineering teams, with a high attention to detail

• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

• May influence others within the Engineering team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices to improve development posture

• Designs, builds, and maintains reusable and reliable code, aligned with industry best practices

• Identifies bugs and devises solutions to resolve coding issues

• Creates and maintains processes and procedures, while completing development and support tasks

• Supports and expands the adoptions of Infrastructure-as-code

• Maintains code quality, organization, and automation


Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

· Ability to work independently on projects and processes with close supervision

· Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area

· Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement

· Knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

· Ability to work constructively and independently under stress and pressure in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

· Ability to interact positively and openly with colleagues and external business contacts, with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge of programming languages and software basics

· Understanding of relevant software development tools including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks


Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:


· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

· 4+ years of related experience in Java/Golang tech stack, microservices, Rest API

· Experience in ReactJS.

· Good in Problem Solving Skills.
