Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to drive the delivery of strategic data projects, manage a skilled team, and leverage MSBI and Azure data solutions. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to translate business needs into robust data solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts in the successful execution of Data & AI projects.- Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives.- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data solutions utilizing MSBI and Azure data services.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Data & AI space, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Experience: 8+ years in Data & AI project management with MSBI and Azure expertise.- Technical Skills: Proficient in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS; experienced with Azure Data Factory, SQL Database, Databricks, and Synapse.- Leadership: Strong communication, analytical, and mentorship abilities to lead cross-functional teams.

- DA-100: Power BI- PL-300: Power Platform Consultant
