The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, a deep understanding of Django’s architecture, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Django/Django REST Framework.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and Dev Ops engineers to deliver complete end-to-end features.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, cloud storage, authentication).Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Work closely with product managers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of professional experience in Python web application development.Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).Experience with Postgre SQL/My SQL or other relational databases.Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or other task queues and caching systems.Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and frameworks like React/Vue (good to have).Understanding of software design patterns, ORMs, and REST API principles.Experience with Docker, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and TDD principles.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.Good to Have (Optional)Experience with Fast API, Graph QL, or microservices architecture.Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio, channels).Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.How to ApplyIf you are a seasoned Python/Django Web Application Developer eager to drive technical architecture and innovation within a growing healthcare technology company, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume detailing your 5+ years of relevant experience and, if available, a portfolio or Git Hub link showcasing scalable backend projects.Auxocare is an equal opportunity employer.
