Job Overview:
As a Team Member in our Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Recruitment division, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top candidates in various roles within the industry. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to the success of our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with qualified candidates that match their requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, job market conditions, and competitive salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience and foster long-term partnerships.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Preferred Candidates:
0 to 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields. Candidates from other industries who are interested in transitioning to recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
Freshers who are having an excellent communication skills can also apply.
