Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, including customizations, configurations, integrations, and implementation of best practices. This role will involve working closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications and solutions based on business needs.

- Implement Salesforce best practices for coding, configuration, and integration with external systems.

- Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers to extend Salesforce functionality.

- Develop and integrate Salesforce applications with third-party tools and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless operation.

- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements in alignment with business objectives.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and compliance with Salesforce security protocols.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices for integration with external systems (SOAP/REST APIs).

- Salesforce Developer Certification is highly preferred.
