About the RoleWe are looking for a Manufacturing Associate to support day-to-day production of microbiology media and molecular biology reagents. This is a hands-on laboratory/manufacturing role requiring good sterile technique, process discipline, and accurate documentation.Key Responsibilities- Execute routine manufacturing activities for media and molecular biology reagents as per SOPs.- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and follow proper sterile-handling practices.- Support filling, labelling, and packaging of finished products.- Maintain accurate batch records and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.- Assist with inventory management, raw material handling, and general lab operations.Qualifications- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences.- Hands-on laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.- Strong attention to detail, sterile technique, and documentation skills.- Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively within a team.What We Offer- Hands-on experience in a modern production environment.- Training on standardized workflows and processes.- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
