To support this mission, we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring our brand to life through high-quality visual content. Role Overview The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for producing eye-catching, effective, and on-brand digital assets—including graphics, short-form videos, and ad creatives—to support Kootr’s online marketing campaigns. This content will be used primarily for performance marketing, social media advertising, app promotion, and brand awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual storytelling, understands how to design for conversions, and can adapt quickly to the needs of a fast-moving startup. Key Responsibilities Create compelling static and motion-based graphics for online ads across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display. Produce short-form promotional videos, animated explainers, and engaging social media content that communicates Kootr’s value proposition clearly and persuasively. Understand marketing goals and translate them into visually impactful concepts that drive user acquisition and engagement. Maintain and develop a cohesive visual identity for Kootr, ensuring consistency across all assets. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative directions, refine messaging, and iterate on assets based on performance insights. Optimize visuals for various digital formats, aspect ratios, and ad placements. Source or create illustrations, icons, and other branded elements as needed. Stay current with design trends, social media formats, and best practices in performance-driven creative. Deliver assets within agreed timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in digital marketing or social media advertising. Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools like Figma, Canva, or CapCut. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy. Demonstrated ability to produce short-form videos optimized for paid ads. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern design. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to evolving project needs.
