Experience in Green Field Project > 2.0MTPA from Conceptualization to Commissioning
of RawMaterial Handling Plant (RMHS) and its associatedfacilities.
Experience in Operation & Maintenance ofRMHS in an ISP of > 2.0 MTPA and consisting
of PelletSinter Blast Furnace Coke Ovens BOF LDP & PowerPlant.
Should possess Project Planning Scheduling andproject execution management skills.
Should have handson experience in Erection and commissioning Budgeting andcost
control Team Building and Training ResourcePlanning.
Should possess experience to finalise thefeasible study layout technology vendor
selectionProcess requirement in the Basic Engineering Coordinate withconsultant for
engineering drawing and issues facedduring Project execution.
Should have exposure inStructure Equipment conveyors Civil & Electricalworks
execution including procurement action Equipmentselection and delivery finalization.
Should haveknowledge of HSE management implementing safety awarenessHIRA
HAZOP.
Basic knowledge of differentequipment used for Crusher Conveyor stackers reclaimers
and dust suppression systems etc. Roleand
Responsibilities RawMaterial Handling System Project monitoring managing &controlling the
construction activities at site as perthe guidelines of HOD.
Involvement in Preparation thebudget for RMHS w.r.t CBS
Project Activities PlanningScheduling and Supervision of the activities. Monitortrack
the RMHS Structural & Equipment execution asper the Master plan.
Daily Project Reports preparationin coordination with subordinates and followup the
workprogress status by contractors
Preparation / Review ofBOQ BOM of all the Engineering drawings and Estimationof
steel structures and reporting to RMHSHead.
Technical Scope review / preparation anddiscussion with the HOD to finalize the
document.
Preparation of MIS/ updating reports of RMHSproject Execution & submission to HOD.
Ensureresource availability and allocation. Identify risks and put inplace risk mitigation
plan and report to HOD
Training & developments of Subordinates on RMHS Complexetc.
Interface with external contractors and ensureseamless communication and timely
execution of projectactivities.
