Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated

Sales Advisor

to join our team in Gurugram. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting hot leads into sales, and driving customer satisfaction through outbound sales efforts. This role is crucial in supporting our general insurance process, including health, motor, and travel insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the BPO sector, and will excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.Respond to customer queries and provide product information across health, motor, and travel insurance offerings.Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales process (preferably from the BPO industry).Excellent English communication skills (Versant 6 and above, with no MTI issues).Minimum educational qualification: HSC and above.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Work Schedule:6-day work week with rotational week offs.Day shift of 9 hours (typically from 10 AM to 7 PM).

Salary and Benefits:Salary range: ₹24,000 to ₹32,000 CTC plus incentives.Mandatory PF deduction.Immediate joiners preferred.
