Job Description: Senior Appian Developer

Position: Senior Appian Developer

Location: Remote

Domain: Finance, Banking, or Asset Management

Experience Required:

- Total IT Experience: 4+ years- Relevant Appian Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in one or more end-to-end Appian BPM implementations, including design, development, deployment, and packaging.2. Develop Appian BPM applications (22x/23x), ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.3. Utilize Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, and other Appian components effectively in development.4. Manage data through Complex Data Types (XSDs), SQL queries, and custom plugin development.5. Leverage Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, SAIL Interfaces, Constants, Decisions, Integrations (Web APIs, Connected Systems), and Data Stores.6. Contribute to screen and workflow designs for moderate-sized projects.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile software development practices.8. Use Appian documentation and user community resources to create new prototypes as required.9. Perform coding, configuration, debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and documentation for application enhancements.10. Support user guide development for new projects and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in Appian implementation methodologies and tools.2. Proficiency in Appian features like SAIL, Process Models, Query Rules, CDTs, and Knowledge Center.3. Familiarity with Appian Integrations, including Web APIs and Connected Systems.4. Hands-on experience in Appian-specific development tools and Agile practices.5. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for effective collaboration and documentation.6. Mandatory Certification: Appian Level 2 Certification.
