Role: Senior Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee operations in Karnataka, working from our Chennai headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics in this region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for clinics in Karnataka, with a strong focus on healthcare recruitment processes.
- Design and implement training programs to develop and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, driving efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in designing and managing training and performance management frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders in Karnataka.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in HR, preferably in a multi-location environment.
