This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs - Rs (ie INR 30-45 LPA)Min Experience: 12 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time The role involves leading end-to-end Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations, ensuring seamless client onboarding, robust compliance, accurate portfolio administration, and operational excellence. Requirements Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding Oversee the complete client onboarding process, including account opening, KYC verification, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all client documentation is accurate and aligned with SEBI guidelines and internal policies. Portfolio Administration Manage day-to-day PMS operations such as trade execution, settlements, and reconciliation activities. Monitor corporate actions including dividends, bonuses, splits, and rights issues. Ensure timely and accurate unit allocation, NAV calculation, and portfolio updates. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance frameworks. Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulators, auditors, custodians, and internal stakeholders. Conduct regular internal checks to minimize operational, regulatory, and compliance risks. Data & Reporting Generate portfolio performance reports, transaction statements, and MIS dashboards for management and clients. Provide data-driven insights and analytical support to fund managers for decision-making. Risk & Process Management Implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across PMS workflows. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of observations.
