We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and oversee multiple projects with agriculture foundations, NGOs, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving farmer impact, and ensuring the sustainability of our Soil Doctor model. This role requires a strong blend of project management skills, team leadership, and domain expertise in agriculture and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for collaborations with agriculture foundations, NGOs, and governments.Ensure project objectives are met, focusing on maximizing crop yield, reducing input costs, improving soil health, and increasing soil organic carbon.Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor
Soil Didis
(Community Resource Persons) and Soil Doctor field officers.Create and implement sustainable models for Soil Didis and field officers to enhance farmer outreach and engagement.Coordinate field operations, from farmer awareness campaigns to soil sample collection, testing, and reporting.Farmer Impact & Engagement:
Mobilize and train CRP Soil Didis for ground-level operations.Oversee the automation of soil report generation using devices and dashboards.Manage follow-up processes for farmers, including crop and nutrient advisory and impact recognition.Technology & Data Management:
Manage the
SoilDoctor.in
website, ensuring it remains updated and relevant.Oversee dashboards that track farmer impact, farm data, satellite data, and soil testing activities.Leverage data insights to create actionable recommendations and ensure seamless reporting.Content Development:
Produce high-quality
impact reports , case studies, and videos to showcase project success and farmer stories.Collaborate with teams to create farmer-centric educational materials on soil health and sustainable farming practices.Sustainability & Innovation:
Design and implement sustainable business models for field officers and Soil Didis.Develop strategies to minimize fertilizer leaching, reduce farming costs, and improve soil health through innovative practices.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related fields.Experience:
2+ years in project management, preferably in agriculture, rural development, or sustainability-focused projects.Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.Experience in working with NGOs, governments, or agriculture foundations is highly desirable.Skills:

Strong skills in planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Leadership:
Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams, including field officers and community workers.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with dashboards, website management, and agriculture-related technologies.Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data (e.g., soil health, satellite data) and translate insights into actionable plans.Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, case studies, and farmer engagement.Creativity:
