Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media marketing, strong design and editing skills, and an ability to manage outreach and content scheduling. You'll help us grow our online presence, engage with potential clients, and streamline our communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing graphics, stories, and other social media content .
- Edit reels and short videos for various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage content planners to ensure a steady flow of engaging content.
- Schedule posts wherever possible (Instagram)
- Study analytics and provide input in creation content planners
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, including:
- Creating lists of potential clients and business leads.
- Sending personalised emails/DMs to prospects.
- Managing follow-ups and responses.
- Book and manage calls with potential clients, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
- Stay updated with social media trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Video editing experience (using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Capcut or anything else).
- Excellent communication skills for client outreach (via email and social media).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn platforms.
