FORMAL REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 3 years of work experience working with BIM at an architecture/design/lighting design studio. Experience in the practical application of the BIM method and coordination in the field of architecture/lighting design.Completed (technical) university education (bachelor/master), preferably in the field of architecture or designConfident handling of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential. Knowledge of Rhino, 3ds Max, Twin motion, and Enscape is a bonus.Effective communication and a grip on the English language are a mustA good grasp of concepts and a well-developed spatial imagination with a solution-driven attitudeA high degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a teamIndependent and systematic way of workingWillingness to learn
