The Banking Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs to students to prepare them for careers in the retail banking sector. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions online, mentoring students, assessing student performance, and staying updated on banking industry trends to incorporate them into the training curriculum.QualificationsIndustry knowledge: Strong understanding of retail banking, banking regulations, and financial services.Training skills: Proven expertise in delivering engaging training sessions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate diverse groups of students.Analytical abilities: Strong ability to assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.Education and experience: Bachelor’s or Master's degree. Relevant teaching or training experience is preferred.Adaptability: Capability to tailor training methods to address the needs of students with various learning styles and backgrounds.
