Role Description
Position: Group Reservations Manager
Location: On-site, Thrissur
As the Group Reservations Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the group booking process across all Nattika Ayurveda Retreats. This position requires an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Bookings Management:
Handle all aspects of group reservations, from inquiry to confirmation, ensuring smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
Liaison and Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to secure and manage bookings.
Reservation System Oversight:
Utilize and manage reservation management systems efficiently to track bookings, availability, and guest preferences.
Collaborative Communication:
Work closely with property managers, wellness consultants, and the front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences across all retreats.
Revenue Optimization:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize group occupancy and revenue, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on booking trends, occupancy rates, and guest feedback to senior management.
Guest Experience Enhancement:
Ensure that group guests receive personalized attention and that their expectations are met or exceeded during their stay.
Qualifications
Organizational Expertise:
Proven ability to manage multiple bookings, coordinate between teams, and maintain detailed records without compromising on quality.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to review and manage complex booking requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Industry Experience:
Minimum of 6 years in hospitality, travel, or a related industry, with a focus on reservations or operations management.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with leading reservation management systems, CRM software, and basic office tools.
Team Player:
Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
