Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Provide accurate information about banking products and services.

Process transactions and maintain customer records.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience

Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Graduation must

Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

Basic computer skills.
