Visit us at to know more about us” Role and Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments. Support the development and execution of company-wide processes and systems. Project Management: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO. Ensure successful completion of projects through effective planning and resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the CEO. Leadership Support: Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making. Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to assist in strategic decision-making. Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India or globally recognized institution. Work Experience: 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment. Prior experience in the Saa S Fintech industry is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Excellent People Management. Bold, ambitious & go-getter. Analytical & Solutioning mindset and number driven. Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing environments. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
