Deputy Manager/Manager – Operations

BEAM is a subsidiary of the BSE Investments Limited. This BSE initiative is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the Indian agricultural market leveraging the strengths of BSE in financial markets, market technology and its vibrant ecosystem.

BEAM is creating a modern ecosystem for Agricultural Markets and has leveraged on state-of-the-art technology to offer customized solutions to farmers, traders, and stakeholders to facilitate risk-free and hassle-free purchase and sale of various agri commodities. The platform will also help eliminate bottlenecks associated with procurement and trading.

The Deputy Manager/Manager - Operations  should have the following Job Responsibilities (in brief):  

·      Overseeing Membership formalities (creating members in the system, checking their KYC, communicating IDs and passwords, giving them system demo and resolving queries)

·      Scheduling system activities (creating contracts, uploading e-actions and ensuring system readiness for member participants).

·      Co-ordination with business teams and resolve bottlenecks

·      Prior working experience on IT systems to monitor operations and memberships for data assimilation.

·      Have a good understanding of e-auctions.

·      Good Excel knowledge

Qualifications:

Minimum        :            B.Com/MBA

Experience      :            Minimum 4 years in the relevant areas.

2. High energy levels and temperament to take up activities that have time commitments

3. Open to learn new technological/digital tools that can improve the reporting systems of an

    organization

4. Good communication skills.
