PURPOSE of the position:
- Sales & Operations of Market Vehicles
- Market Vehicle Specialist
- Fleet Management, strong vendor development skill
- Topline and EBITDA achievement as per budget
- Third Party Vendor Management
Main TASKS and DUTIES:
- Third Party Vendor Management
- Vehicle Sourcing and Placement
- Commercial discussion with vendor and customers in coordination with head office and finalizing the agreements
- Good relationship with vendors (perishable product industry)
- Customer Development
- Good relation with customer
- Fleet Optimization
- Sales Specialist in Market Vehicle
- Negotiation & Contract Management
- Maintaining the Service Levels
- Increase in business with existing and new customers
- Reduce the idle time and empty runs
- Secondary/Last mile deliveries with customers
- POD collection and updation
- TMS Entries
- Bill Submission
- Collection follow up
Who are we looking for?
• Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree
• Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing, logistics, or related fields in Logistics/Cold Chain.
- Proven experience managing third-party vehicle placements and vendor relations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
